Process For Precast Products

Here is what you can expect your precast products process to look like:
Design & Specifications
Each precast project starts with the client’s drawings, sketches, or specifications. We review the details carefully to ensure your vision is fully understood and achievable.
Custom Mold Creation
Our skilled team designs and fabricates custom (when necessary) concrete molds, ranging from simple forms to highly detailed and intricate designs, tailored specifically to your project specs and requirements.
Casting & Curing
Once molds are prepped and oiled, we pour our custom high-strength concrete recipe into them and cure the pieces overnight in a controlled environment to ensure optimal strength and consistency.
Finishing the Precast Product
After curing, the forms are carefully demolded, revealing a durable and cleanly finished precast product, ready for pickup.
Custom Concrete Colors & Finishes
The colors and finishes of your precast products are what customize your pieces even more. With more than a dozen colors to choose from, both Standard and Premium colors, you can get the colors to match your desired aesthetic. Pair your desired color with your desired finish, and let's get casting!
